There is suitable access for the disabled to the ground floor. There are no steps at the patient back entrance, but there are steps at the front entrance where patients access the surgery on Saturdays only. If you are a wheelchair user and have an appointment on Saturday, they will have to come to the back patient entrance and inform the reception, who will allow the patient access through the back entrance. Access to the first floor is by staircase only. When booking an appointment, please mention if the patient has a disability.
We have one disabled toilet on the ground floor.
If you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help and ensure you get the same support in the future.
